Hi all,
Congratulations on the car happytails and good luck with all 3 challenges xx
Well I am having a bit of a quiet weekend - I have not got any craft fairs all weekend so am not earning any money from these. I have made a sale via an online craftfair on facebook yesterday though so happy. (£20 before paypal costs)
I have also carried out two more mystery shops so now have waiting to be verified and paid to me £64.
So hopefully very soon I will have another 4% to declare once I've got it in my hands xxMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
I have just listed 9 items on ebay - taking advantage of the free listings.

I've been so rubbish - thats 2 free listing weekends on ebay that I have let go by me without doing anything. I have just downloaded the turbo lister so I can sort everything out and list them all on the next free weekend. That's the plan anyway!0

Sorry to say turbo listings are not free even when its free listing weekends, the T&C don't allow for use of turbo lister
Use ebays Scheduling tool instead
this is what i do :
create your listings whenever you have the time, so say TODAY.
There is an option to schedule the listing to start in upto 4 weeks time, use this and chose the longest date away.
It will say its charging you 6p to use this tool, don't worry about that
Then when its the next free listing, go back and revise your scheduled listings to "start listing/ go live now".
By doing this you wont get charged the 6p, you qualify for the free listings AND because its all been prepared before hand there is no mad scramble to get your whole house listed in 2 days :rotfl:
Hope that helpsBuild your own dreams ~ or someone will hire you to help build theirs
