Can anyone confirm if the T & C have been changed in all languages and on what date this change took place please?

The simple steps are as follows:

Book your room with Hotelopia and pay for it.

If within 24 hours you find the same room type and board type in the same hotel for the same dates at a lower price on another website, please send us the following information in the message section on our Contact us page:
Hotelopia booking reference number
Name of hotel
Arrival date
Name of other website and price quoted
Your name
Your email address
On verifying that the lower rate is available and bookable on the other website, we will refund the difference.

The refund will be issued to the same credit/debit card account used to pay for the booking, and should appear on your next statement. While we do not store your card details on our website, the bank will be able to identify your account from the booking reference number.

That is the TnCs from Hotelopia...not sure about max of 2 days?

In barcelona I found barcelo hotel atenea mar to be quite a price difference.

I think it was 4* anyway. I often find you get the best price differences on the better hotels.

I got 5* Hotel Majestic in Barcelona for £20/night with breakfast. The breakfast alone was probably worth more!

Has anyone had a double the discount claim confirmed SINCE EJHs dropped the dark grey band under each hotel saying "Best prices guaranteed - or we´ll refund double the difference" & replaced it with "Full and final price.. Unlike other sites our rates always include all taxes and fees" - i.e. a claim based on the revised t&c's alone?

Just wondering whether they wriggle out of a claim by saying "that hotel wasn't marked with the offer"
