Hi,
Can some one please advise; a friend has just noticed that O2 have been 'taking' money for a contract that was cancelled some time ago, when he contacted O2 they advised that there was nothing they could do to refund the money?
the only information i have been advised of is that the contract was initiated by Carphone warehouse?

What proof has your friend got? Who did they cancel with? Has the sim concerned still got service?
