How can I tell a shill bidder when they are clever?

    I do sometimes report them, but ebay rarely seem to act on reports of inflated p and p. However, looking at this guys selling history I was pleased to see he rarely sells any so his profit must be eaten up with his listing fees.

    if they are upfront with P&P then you have the choice to bid or not,

    if they are boosting p+p charges but selling item cheaper ie a £5 item sells for £1 but £4 p+p then IMO well done to them for a "money saving loophole" as they are reducing there ebay fees.
