Everything is free - you pay £20 desposit but get that back at the end of the week. You also have to take your own bed linen - but there are some entertainment passes with it.

do you mean the late deals offer i posted about? it's exactly like the sun holidays, it's their website - the only difference is that the entertainment passes are free for this offer (it's a special offer to fill up their spaces for april). each park has a different charge for fuel, presthaven sands is my nearest and their charge is £5.50 per night. a holiday for the 4 of us would cost £38 plus the fuel charge (£16.50 for a 3 night break at this park, £22 for a 4-night break).

it's up to you if you hire the linen. they provide the duvet and pillowcase but you have to sort out the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases - either bring your own or hire theirs - hire charge is around a tenner i think (with a tenner refundable deposit too).

Can anyone who has already been on one of the holidays please let me know if the £20 refundable deposit is given back to you in cash or do they just put it back on the card that they charged it from? I used my friend's credit card to pay the £20 deposit (not enough funds on mine at the time lol) and just wondering if I will need her card details for the £20 to be refunded.

    Hi

I have been on holiday to Haven parks quite a few times, (usually booked through The Sun), I have always upgraded accommodation and hired linen on a debit card. The linen charge refund has always been given back to me in cash, although I don't know if that is the policy with all parks. I have only been to two different ones.

    Hope this helps.

I booked the free holiday to Caister for 4 adults and 2 children for my freinds but now they can't go due to cash flow problems.

If anyone would like the holiday its for the 23 April at Caister please PM me.

Who ever decided to take this up though, all I ask for is the £20 deposit I paid.

Just to let you know that someone has snapped this up now. Another one of my friends parents are going to go. :D

  • Hi. I am a single Mum, on a tight budget. I'm currently collecting the tokens in The Sun this week and have been trying to get onto this site for days now, after having a flyer come through with The Sun Holiday stuff, but have only just managed to get on here. Are there any more cheap holidays going at the moment? I live in Buckinghamshire and am not keen to travel more than about 100 miles or so, so Bournemouth or similar would be my max. Anyone know of any going cheap then please message me. With many thanks.

the free ones are all gone now but the sun holiday promotion running at the moment works out quite cheap. there's a thread somewhere.
