Cala gran has recently had a massive refurb.
Im booked in to cala gran on 26th march with the freebie holz, anyone else there at same time?
just read this message, we were there the weekend previous. We normally like Haven but all i can say is WHAT A DUMP CALA GRAN IS. The caravan was filthy, the site was shabby, so glad we didnt have the kiddy. Oh and we upgraded to a "luxury" caravan - my god i wouldnt have liked to have been in a basic!
Have complained so shall see what we get - probably antoher trip back there ha ha!! :rotfl:
Sea view by far the best we've been to, 2nd best is marton mere, however both times we had our tourer and not a static...

glad you had a good time especially with all that warm sunshine :T we have been having!! i hope i will be as fortunate when we visit!:cool2:
You don't need to bring anything but toilet rolls, I think. The cooking plates, forks and knives, and pans are very new and fridge, microwave, and TV. We cooked most of meals. There is a supermarket in the park, and the prices is reasonable. The big Tesco is 30 mins by walk and opened until late. I am sure you will have a good time there.0 -

We were there last year and left early as the caravan was so filthy. I complained and got a free holiday to a park of my choice. I would never return to cala gran refurb or not.0 -
We had a lovely time on our free holiday!! Thank you very much op. We def. didn't have a very MSE holiday though, that said we wouldn't have even had a holiday until we were debt free. The kids entertainment and evening entertainment were fantastic, the kids loved it. I even manged to get OH is the swimming pool.We went trampoling and for a mooch to the beach. Only thing was, it was FREEZING in the bedroom in the mornings!!!

Are these holidays just for static vans and not touring then? I didn't see the ad in the paper and we have a tourer. Thanks in advance.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
