Well the app is out albeit fairly basic (good tip jonmcclelland) but it also has a series of 0161 landline numbers in it to contact them. Looks like they've listened/0

In December 2011 I emailed their online banking help desk asking when we'd see an upgrade and this was the response I got...Hello Jack
