    I did consider suggesting this but thought that maybe they wouldn't backdate the vouchers eight months.

    I should have said in my origional post that i did complete that form again after the first phone call that i made to them- the issue is that tax credits havent informed them that i have had him. without tax credits approval they wont give them out.
    Once they have dont this we should be fine.
    They have told me today that as it is not my fault, they will credit my bank with the moneys worth in vouchers as they are only allowed to backdate up to a month in vouchers the rest has to be in the bank or via a giro!

  • I had this too, have a 10 month old and I'm pregnant but HS were only issuing one voucher per week. 8 times I called and told them. Finally sorted this month and got a £97 bank credit and a wodge of vouchers.
