Personally I wouldn't communicate further.moos_mummy wrote: »Not a new seller been an ebay member over 2 years and has 200+ positive feedback no negs, no neutrals
They replied to my last email
You may not or may not believe me but my post office do not like handwritten labels and I could be doing without the hassle. I can only get to the post office on friday to post things because that is when I go .
I replied
Whether or not I believe you is not the issue here the issue is you charged me extra to post the item out by a set date and you have gone back on your word meaning I will not get the item in time now. That is why I have asked for a full refund so I can go out of my way to a shop and buy the item.
If you knew you only post things on friday you should have really put that in your listing and said that when I asked to get it sent earlier and I would not have counted on it arriving.
I would like a full refund as you have mislead me on your dispatch times.
Thanks
As has been said open INR in Paypal, make sure you don't let the page divert you back to eBay, you do have to reselect PayPal. Escalate it (from memory you may have to wait an hour).
I would refuse the parcel if she does post.
You will get a full refund.0 -
Agree totally with Hermum - some sellers don't think that they've got someone else's money - they think the government gives them a random windfall on condition that at some point when they feel like it they can send something out.
I've always handwritten address labels; I use big clear letters and Sharpies (which don't run in the rain) and I've only ever had one INR as a seller a long time ago.
File INR now and don't listen to any more rubbish like that.
It's a shame Hermum is suffering when people like this are laughing at buyers."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I have a theory.
The seller has no money and is using PP postage.so needs the printer to do it that way.
There is no issue with hand writeen legible addresses.0
