I have a Lloyds 2 year fix that I opened last year & matures next year. Put 20K in 24/25 so the "remaining allowance" bit showed zero, until 6th April this year, when it reset to 20K so I put another 20K in & it's now again showing "remaining allowance" zero2

Regarding:
- Zopa Smart ISA - 4.25% **New**
Minimum deposit: £1.
Operated via: Mobile app.
Notes: Fixed for one year from account opening. This is a flexible cash ISA.
Does anyone know if this is just for new customers? (I see an offer of 4.1% in my Zopa app for 1 yr fixed rate)0 - Zopa Smart ISA - 4.25% **New**

Is flexibility important? If not, Santander have a Fixed 1 year at 4.25%.0 - Zopa Smart ISA - 4.25% **New**

I'm testing the term now... but there's a couple of reasons to be pessimistic. Details when TFLS.
Lloyds has allowed me 'Top Ups' throughout the term of a 2 year 5.55% fix ending late July '25 - but as posted earlier, not clear in the terms now.I can see in my Shawbrook 3y ISA terms, though it's not obvious, we can see that the account can be topped up during the 3 years fixed period. For others, if it's not in the terms, the bank won't be obliged to give you a good historical rate.5.55% is a great rate. I had a year of Virgin ISA almost 6% but was only starting to save for ISAs and did not think more to know that I could fix a few years if I wouldn't need that amount soon.1 -
I am not sure that Marsden BS Online Cash ISA (issue 5) is available anymore. The link leads to a page which says page not found. Also getting to the website from google, that account is not listed.0

I'm having dreadful problems transferring from Shawbrook to Moneybox. My ISA matured on 2/5 and i'd given instructions to Moneybox on 29/4. But nothing happened and Shawbrook just put my £10k into an easy access ISA at 0.05%. I completed another transfer request via Moneybox on 3/5 and on 6/5 SB told me that they had accepted that request. On 7/5 they sent me another identical message.Today, they sent me an email to say that they HAD transferred my funds, then another to say that they HAD NOT transferred my funds "... because it contained incorrect information. We have informed Moneybox. If you wish to request a transfer again, please complete the request through your chosen ISA provider."My accounts accounts at Moneybox and Shawbrook both show a zero balance. I'm not sure where i go from here. I don't even know what information was supposed to have been "incorrect"; i'm sure all the information i sent was correct. Meanwhile, while they promise to get back to me within a few days, my money is earning 0.05%, if that.Obviously, i hope this acts as a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I've invested in dozens of cash ISAs over the decades and this is the first time i've encountered any real problem.EDIT: Now i've had an email from Moneybox saying the transfer HAS gone through. However, on their website, the transaction shows as "in progress" and there's no date on the entry. So when i'll start earning a decent rate on this money, i still don't know.1

Thanks for letting us know about this @ortolickus.I once had a fixed ISA (with Virgin) and after the account matured it was moved to a lower interest one but still "a normal" interest rate, and it did not take long to be transfered to another ISA (I think the interest was still calcuated and paid as I expected). It is indeed dreadful if they move the account after maturation to such a low rate and if things take ages to transfer then it's really painful. I hope you get an answer and get it sorted at the soonest.1

Shawbrook don't give a deadline, although they do state that transfer-in requests must be submitted at the time of application and that future transfer-in requests 'may be refused', so it's at their discretion. They have accepted such requests in the past but, more recently, there have been reports on here from people who have been refused and I know someone personally who submitted a request to transfer-in after the account had been open a few months and the request was declined, so it would appear that they're not allowing this any more which isn't too surprising considering the recent decreases in the base rate.2 -
Just got an email from Plum that they're increasing my Cash ISA rate lol1
