BT broadband problems

Can someone tell me why I keep getting 'Cannot find server' or 'Cannot connect to server' every evening while i'm on BT Broadband? This has been going on now for a fortnight. I phoned BT about it (0870 of course) and they took me through Internet explorer to reconnect which worked fine for one day and now it's happening there also! And now today my sidebar refuses to load. I'm not at all technical minded but I don't think it's anything I'm doing. I hope someone can help me! PLEASE

I phone the 0870 number and I was on the line for ages, in the end my son decided to switch the homehub thing off and back on again, we waited a couple of minutes and it was back to normal, give it a try and I bet it works.0

Its amazing how a 15 year old school boy can sort out these problems,when technical support are paid thousands to TRY and help. I can't wait to know it you got it sorted, let me know please.0
