I got an early upgrade with T-mobile as my contract was due to end 23rd June. I'm within the cancellation period but I have opened and used the earphones and charger and threw the wrappers away. Can I still return it?
TIA

So its not as new, and you have thrown some of the packaging. Yoiu maybe able to return but they may reject itDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Well, if you purchased earings that were used by someone previously, would you be pleased?
You maybe within the cancellation period but not within the terms which I'm sure somewhere says unused or resellable condition.0 -

It's not a matter of what I think (I don't own T Mobile) it depends on the mood of the recipient, I suppose you could say nowt and see if they notice, I know my bro got stuck with a handset from 3 after he powered it up and inserted the sim card0 -
OMG! I just phoned them and they said its absolutely fine if you have used the accessories and dont have the wrappers. Phew.
I was really worried there.0
