I dont honestly think so. I walk about 2 to 3 miles a day with the dog, on the flat and up steep hills. Im quite well toned, in that I seem to have discovered that my muscle tone was there all along, under the fat. Its my peaky wee face that is the big problem.
Maybe you could give Eva Fraser's facial exercises a try...

I've got the book, but have yet to get round to reading it. It's only cheap (especially in comparison to a facelift), and loads of people rave about the effects of incorporating the exercises into their lives after several weeks. Once you've got into a routine with it you apparently only need to do it three times a week for ten minutes. It can't hurt to give it a go, anyway.
