Will I get my cashback?

Hi guys,
I ordered a phone from Tesco's Phone Shop about two weeks ago - not on Tesco's network but on 02's. The main incentive was £50 cashback from TCB.
The website stated that I would receive my phone on the next day as I ordered before 12PM. It has been two weeks and the only email or form of communication I've seen is an 'Acknowledgement Email' - an automatic email. I did not even receive a confirmation email.
It was only until 5 days later when I emailed them myself to ask what happened that they said the phone was out of stock, they did not tell me this nor was it on their website, I had to find out myself by emailing and then waiting for a further 2 days to get a reply.
At the moment the rate on TCB for the deal I purchased is now £35, since I have got no confirmation email or delivery of my purchase will I still get my £50 or even any cashback at all? If not, should I raise this issue with Tesco since the 2 week wait could have affected the amount I got?

It'll track on the day you ordered and at the rate then apllicable, regardless of when the phone arrives (if it ever does). Raising an enquiry will go through TCB, not the merchant.0
