Virgin Mobile remaining credit

For the last 3 days i've been unable to view my remaining call, text and data allowance.

Both on my phone and on the computer, it's not working. Is anyone else having the same problem?

    I haven't had this problem, try texting Balance to 789789 and it should bounce back with what allowances you have left
