Ah, yes the good old French part updates.
Most car manufacturers update components at model year change to keep it simple, and the French for some strange reason go by VIN numbers: front brake pads get updated from VF...5555 and rear brake pads from VF....7859, etc."Retail is for suckers"

Well, thank you very much to everyone for all the advice, I've searched round a few more sites and can't seem to find the exact dimensions for the elusive second type of pad. Looks like I'll have to remove the current pads and go for a ride down to ECP, at least its only a couple of miles away, [joke]I wouldn't want to go any further without front pads[\joke]0
