I HAVE BEEN SCREWED BY UK FUELS_See Below
Can you tell me how to get a deadlock letter from you please?-I sent this email (below) on Friday without reply-after being put on hold 4 times for half an hour each time on your premium rate numbers
I have spoken to 4 people who were all getting back to me!! I understood when contacted by one of your glib sales people we would get supermarket pump prices and have control of our invoices etc.-obviously as a small business owner I trusted your word and should have checked invoices etc.
No doubt there are terms and conditions allowing me to be screwed by you in your small print?
All I can do is publicise how you work on social media and trust pilot and other similar sites and inform The FSB and ask their solicitors to take a look at this.
I would appreciate a deadlock letter as I have been told you email prices weekly-which has never happened-so you have broken your contract?
It will be worth going to small claims even if I lose the case

Our cards are supplied by the lease company. Effectively free fuel(they charge for it but we use more).0

The fuel card I use is just a bog standard shell card, I've spoke to my boss about it due to this thread and he says due to the number of cards we have he gets a better rate regardless - bare in mind it isn't checked daily to see if that is the case but when people don't use the cards and put the diesel through as an expense the weekly/monthly fuel bill is higher every time.
Can't be that much of a fluke for it to happen every time. They have to be a benefit.0 -
Has anyone used or heard of Fuel Genie?0
