Another vote for Avon's skin so soft dry oil spray. Used it in the Dominican Republic and not 1 bite until I forgot to put it on one night and got bitten as soon as I walked out my apartment, went straight back in and put it on and voila no more bites, it's amazing stuff.0 -

The locals use lemon cologne, you will be given it everywhere, I never use Avon, the mossies love it, good for the Scottish midge though.
Consider Kusadasi, which is where I go in Turkey, lovely beaches, lovely breezes and lots going on, as well as Ephesus on the doorway.0 -
