Where did Pipex go?

Hi all, first post so hopefully I've got it in the right place 
I've been a Pipex customer, residential broadband only, since November 2004, but now I want to move my broadband to another provider. I can't find who I need to contact as the Pipex account site (mypipex.net) redirects me to Talk Talk. I far as I understand Pipex was taken over by Tiscali and then by Talk Talk.
My account details are not recognised on the Talk Talk website and I can't find any letters or notification of a change in provider.
Can anyone help?
