Vodafone/TalkMobile Coverage

I picked up a deal for TalkMobile at Carphonewarehouse at the local shop:

I was wondering why it was so cheap. I couldn't figure it out. I checked my area and it says there is outdoor coverage. Does this mean it is practically, or completely impossible to obtain a signal indoors?

If you have an unlocked phone, just order a free sim from Voda/Talkmobile/icardmobile and check. Online checkers are very unreliable, although they are more likely to overestimate the reception.

I've had my eye on this deal but I'm reluctant to go for it as it seems too good to be true. What's TalkMobile's rep?

They took sometime to get through to customer services at the shop but when I was home at 7pm they answered immediately.

I am wary too. I can't see what else they can offer. I think if you go over the limit the charges are significant. I don't do that.
