Yeah I know, she said she didn't...it's cool, I will get my money from these F******....and I won't change that to anything nice!New Year's Resolution: To tolerate fools more gladly, provided this does not encourage them to take up more of my time!0 -
Hi all having read your posts its clear to see that many off us have had dealings with the company. I myself woke up on wednesday morning to find that £68.99 was taken out of my account. Naturally I contacted my bank and they said that nothing could be done until the transaction showed up on my statement so I decided to contact the office of fair trading and they advised me to write to the company and demand a full refund (minus the £5 legal fee) and give them a time period in which to provide me with the refundn and state that they are in breach of the consumer credit act 1974 (section 155) and that failing to do so would result in further action being taken also to send it first class and have it signed for so there is proof they recieved it.
Yesterday I found that the transaction came up on my statement and I immediately contacted my bank and opened a dispute case. Luckily I got home this morning and a letter was sitting there from my loan with a cheque for the refund.
Now I'm not saying that it was easy and to be honest I was a horrible shock and I've now learnt not to dish out my debit card details but in all reality there needs to be more protection for the consumer and these companies need to be regulated more.0 -
I hope they refund you0
