Woke up this morning to find £69.99 gone from my account, I argued on the phone with them telling them that I never applied for there services, turns out my partner actually was just making enquiries about a loan, but the silly billy put in our card details and the F*****S took the money....so unreal!!!!! Have requested a refund and contacted the financial ombudsman. Will keep you updated on the outcome because as much as I look I have not yet found one person who has reported that they have got there money back. I know it does state quite clearly on the site home page that they charge a one off fee of £69.99 however, my partner was sent to this site from another site and it bypassed the home page and went straight to the application form, inputting the card details was purely for loan payment reasons, not for fee charging so she was completely unaware of this charge...and before you saying anything, yes I have already had words with her about the importance of reading the small print!

I'd hate to see your reaction if your partner forgot to buy the milk for your cereal.

haha, she does that too....i'm not a bad person I really am just angry, I was in tears this morning over it all. The bank wont do anything and we really couldn't afford to lose that money, I get nurses wage and my partner doesn't work so money is limited, she was trying to get a loan to buy jessie j tickets....tell me you wouldn't be mad at your partner for being so silly....would it make you feel better if i changed silly b**** to silly billy?

    Part of the Furniture
If a website asks for credit card or debit card details, it means they are going to make a charge on it.

Aggressive??? me??? no....never! we are both female and she is bigger then me, I would be too scared to be aggressive with her, but I thought this forum was for venting and that's what I was doing.
