As above doing my head, dont even know what dog it is as never see it or any without a lead but a dog is using the same spot in my garden bed as his toilet couple times a week. Ive trying dog repellent sprinle on stuff but doesnt really work well.
Anyone any tried and tested methods?
PS my front garden is open to housing estate and cant fence it due to water mains

Longer term solution - plant something prickly around the boundary.0

Pickled onion vinegar. Just use what's left in the jar sprinkled around. (not near plants you want to keep though!)

It could be a fox?
Is the poo buried (cat) or left on the surface (dog or fox)?0 -
We used to live very close to an old cat that would poo on our front lawn, so much so that a roofer we had, seeing it from a height, said what type of dog have you got?
Only stopped when the cat passed away, tried everything, please don't waste your money on those pelets and gels.
Our dogs never go in flower beds.
Don't know how big your garden or flower bed is but hve you considered a physical barrier of some sort, fencing, hedging etc."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

I think that if it was me I would get a handfull of old wooden skewers, or similar objects, and place them, upright, in the area of the 'poos.
Worth a try to put off the culprit.

Just as likely to be a cat or fox I think. It could be a fox? Is the poo buried (cat) or left on the surface (dog or fox)?
Tell that to the cats around here, too lazy to bury it, it just sits there :mad:Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
