Happily take all price cuts however slow they happen.
Nice to see that ASDA commit to a maximum price.
IME ASDA always undercuts the other supermarkets and just shows how they play with the price and the discounts and no one really benefits from their "promotions".
Gives Georgie boy no reason to put off the increase in duty so we will pay in the end twice over when fuel inevitably goes back up."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

There are 2 types of town, one with an Asda where the fuel prices are kept low by the presence of Asda, and the one without Asda where they can charge what they like.
Last week it was cheaper to fill up at a duel-carriageway service area (141.9) than it was at the Tesco in town (143.9).0 -
never a true word live in town with asda your quids in live in a town with tesco's and you might have to go in store to buy something like bog rolls or spend £50 to get 5p off their inflated petrol price so you might save a couple of pence but adsa will still be cheaper by far sorry to pick on just tesco's but lets face it their arrogance in the consumer market thats why people during tough times will go else where to save a few quid0

Live in a town with an Asda, and normally you get the likes of Shell & BP matching their prices, with the benefit of getting loyalty card points to make it even cheaper.
How can you tell when Tesco is about to launch a new petrol price promotion?
The price at the pump increases0 -
what angers me is yes asda do help by forcing the others to reduce however i get fed up with sudden o we are going to reduce fuel by say 3p p/l they should have cut ity by a least a 1p or 2p a couple of weeks ago i see brent today below 100 dollars a barrel yet a slow price cut at the pumps i want to see instant cuts even if it is a 1p at a time they make billions by dragging their heals so they make a cut of 3p but does not dent their profits much its in my view a national scandal and you got government do nothing0

Any money saved is welcome especially if you are living on a tight budget imho. Also due to how much I have to use the car for essential journeys I have to refill the car more than once a week.

This makes the differential by us something like 10p/L, so on a full tank every 2-3 weeks I get a "free gallon" better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

Weirdly the Morrisons near me has increased their price from 129.9 to 130.90
