Risk when negotiating broadband deals

On hold for around 15 minutes which isn't so bad as you come to expect when requesting to leave the company. Spoke to a really nice girl who offered to upgrade the tv package. I had to push a bit harder for the Broadband speeds but got it in the end. Soooooo........ here is my new package:

XL TV Package with Sports 1 & 3
Unlimited Local Calls
4Mb Broadband
£48.50/month

Now saving £3.50 a month, got a better TV package and twice the speed on my Broadband :beer: :rotfl: :beer:
