Hi,
Apologies if this has already been asked before, I can't find an answer anywhere.
I've got a courtesy car, a brand new fiesta zetec, however I cant for the life of me get petrol in the thing. There's 3 crappy cartoons ont he inside of the petrol cap saying what to do, but they don't make sense.
I've tried at 2 different petrol stations and the nozzle just wont fit in. The bad thing is now I work about 35 miles from home, and it says I've got 38 miles left - while this shouldnt be a prboelm if i hit any sort of traffic im screwed.
Does anyone have a Fiesta/Focus or any other Ford that has a similar fuel cap to this: http://www.perrys.co.uk/car-news/res/images/articles/fordeasyfuel_464x0.jpg
Any tips/ideas on how I can get petrol in the thing?

This might sound like a bit of a silly question, but are you sure it's not a diesel and you are trying to stick the unleaded nozzle in?0
-
Thats not the exact pic of it, it says min 95 on the petrol tank, and pretty sure its a petrol. I even did an insurance quote on it to try and find out, but it didn't say petrol or diesel on it to say either way0

Do you have the reg number handy?
Does it have a TDCI badge on the back, but min 95 ron indicates unleaded.0 -
The reg is DA12 NHO
There's no TDCI on the back, and just looked on parkers.co.uk, and there's no diesel version of the fiesta 1.6 zetec s0 -
