First Direct Internet Banking

I have recently moved all my bank accounts from Santander to First Direct. FD's customer service on the telephone has been absolutely brilliant so far and I really cannot fault it. However, I just cannot get used to using their old fashioned internet banking. I am really shocked that a bank that has supposedly won awards…

I've had it too, but that was to speak to the marketing department to find out when I'd get my Lonely Planet travel guide that I'd won on their Facebook page.
