Morning :hello:
Thinking of you and your aunt, nmlc
I've just been down the garden and come back in with a soggy foot - my left wellie (welly?) has sprung a leak. I love my wellies, they're black with big pink flowers, hope I can find the same ones somewhere.

Raining here-thinking of all those poor people in Wales who suffered flooding.

Tappers hope you are enjoying your break.
Well ys sausages and cauli and broccoli cheese for tea with potatoes.

Thank you for the info re woof - bargain bird, that fish looks extremely alarming, but I will try it when I next get a chance. As I said, I chose haddock, but I think I got a bit fobbed off and now I need to deep clean and decontaminate the fridge.
Off in a second to be sedated at the dentist. Poor OH is looking after little bear who is off school for training day. Takeaway for tea.
I am not sure about how much OS I will actually manage, but after tea I am hopeful that I will do the fly lady stuff, at least the first part, and clear a little more ironing. I have washed and ironed all the clothes from the holiday.Ankh Morpork Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons - don't let my flame go out!0 -
Hi essex-girl and all,
Ive just walked in from going to the dentist. I was shocked i had left it so long as i usually like to visit the dentist every 6 months for a check up but when he told me i hadnt been for almost 2 years i couldnt quite believe it. I thought it was about 9 months since i had been last. i knew i was a bit overdue but 18 months is a new one on me. Where does the time fly i ask myself? Fortunately i needed no treatment and i didnt even need a scale and polish as i am so fastidious about my oral care. Hubby will be pleased as ive paid for my own check up but i was going to have to ask him for some money if i needed any treatment. I hate him spending money on me.
Miserable day here, son needs a kick up the backside. I keep nagging him about bringing his washing down and i notice he's dumped a load of jeans in the washing basket. He must be throwing them up a corner dirty or something rather than bringing them down... dirty sod. He will get nagged for that later.
Spoke to my eldest daughter last night on Skype. She is in South Africa. I'm so pleased she is happy though she is talking about moving on to Canada some time in the future which has set hubby off about emigrating again.:( I was so glad to see him off to work this morning. He will be back on Friday.
Oh well, best get something done in the house before i take root.

Hester hope that things are a ittle easier for you back at school.
Molly and LW hugs for you.
Taplady hope you are having a good holiday.
Well I am back at work and I have a large pile of paperwork to dig into. It is almost as large as the pile of holiday washing that I have at home.
OH has taken DD1 to the doctors this morning as she has a really bad ear infection that won't go away. She is on her 3rd lot of antibiotics and in a lot of pain. Hope that this treatment starts to clear it up.
Tea tonight is left over chilli from last night.
Have a lovely day everyone.:)0
