"who's better for me?" Maybe the answers you'll get will be for the question "who's better for me and my tenants?". This is a money saving website and people will be considering your tenants' pockets as well as your own! Of course that'll be a selling point for you, too.manchester82 wrote: »I have 8 flats i don't know who's better for me dynamic heater (Dynamic Electric Radiator) or storage heater .
So, do you want your tenants to benefit from cheaper off-peak electricity with a night storage heater - or have to pay for the most expensive form of heating (electrical) for all their heating needs?
LOTS of comments about expensive electrical heaters on these threads - "Anyone used Rointe heaters?" (here) and "economy radiator company" (here). The makes mentioned included Rointe, Intelliheat, Farho, Economy Radiator Company (Economical Radiator Company), Suka, Redwell, ELTI, Calortec, Ducasa, Fischer-Future, Easy-Heat, Sunflow .... and now we can add "Dynamic Electric Radiators" from Heatstore. The brochure has a fancy graph - which doesn't show much except the thermostat has close control - and a test which doesn't show much either! Rointe had an adjudication in January 2011 from the Advertising Standards Authority for misleading adverts (see here) and rewrote its ads.
PS When you've got a few more flats you'll be able to buy a container load of these or similar heaters for just a few dollars each, delivered to a container ship in China. Far less than the few hundred pounds each you'll be paying over here! The Rointe thread has a link to a manufacturer's website - with lots of pics of different models before they're badged for the European market. For lots of aluminium radiators see here.

Post above says it all!
The two most important pieces of information are:
1. Electricity on a daytime rate is the most expensive way to produce heat.
2. All electrical heaters* produce exactly the same amount of heat for the same consumption of electricity(and hence cost)
* Heat pumps are not 'electrical heaters'!!!0 -
First I thanks all replies my question .
I think now the best for me and my tenants is STORAGE HEATERS.
My question now all storage heaters are same or they are some difference and where I can find a good price for 16 storage heater.

Don't forget to give your tenants a copy of the energy performance certificate for their home.
As a landlord mske sure you will comply with the approaching lefislation about minimum acceptable ratings for let properties or you might end up paying the council tax yourself.0
