yeah errrr, help!
is this meant to happen? i thought it would either not work if only one feedback had been left, or would remove the ability for me to leave feedback or withdraw the feedback i left0 -
It could be ebay are just slow processing the mutual removal. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
it could be but i get the feeling somethings gone wrong
i have left a follow up stating that we have agreed to mutually withdraw our feedback due to a misunderstanding
if something has gone wrong due you think ebay would remove it?0 -
If you've both mutually agreed to withdraw feedback it should work for the both of you. Perhaps it's just as Fay suggests and that eBay are a little slow.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

the wording of the feedback will still remain on the account, for people to read, but the negative will be taken off your feedback score....0

just had negative from a newbie buyer with 19 feedback who bought an artificial leather handbag from me (no not the mulberry coloured one!)
the auction stated artificial leather at the very top of the description in the item specifics, it said leather look on the 5th line and at the bottom i put material: leather look outer 100% pu
i got negative "Showed asLeather bag but in later discription stated leather like. Read all text!
I have just emailed her and got this reply:
"Sorry didn't mean it to be negative just pointing out that it is important to read full discription of item. I am not unhappy with the item it was my fault that I misread the discription. I didn't realise it would show as a negative response.
Apologies."
 arrghhhh :eek:i'm so annoyed!
she only bought it yesterday
it was buy it now or best offer, i had already reduced the price by £10 and then i accepted her offer of £5 less immediately so she got it for £15 less than i originally wanted
she paid and i sent it yesterday, she paid for other courier 2-3 days but i sent it by 1st class recorded and she received it today
Using terms like 'leather look' are going to be misunderstood by some people. I find that you really need to state the obvious like 'Please note this bag is NOT real leather'. Also isn't a courier option more expensive than 1st class???0 -

i thought stating material: artificial leather, leather look and material - leather look would have been enough, and the buyer has since sent me quite a few emails apologising for not reading the description before purchasing and she said that it was clear that it was not real leather once she had read it
i put other courier 2-3 days £4.95 and special delivery next day £6.95 when i originally listed it as i put the buy it now at £40 but then when i reduced it to £30 and accepted an offer of £25 it meant i could send by 1st class/2nd class/recorded as the value was less
courier would have been booked yesterday, collected today and not delivered until tomorrow at the earliest, or maybe not for another day or 2 as it would have been a 2-3 day service
i felt that it would probably be received quicker if i sent it by by 1st class recorded, something like 90%+ 1st class are received next day, so i believe this was a better service than 2-3 day courier. i was correct because she received it today when it would not have been collected until today at the earliest if it had been sent by courier0 -

the negative has been removed from my feedback score and only the wording remains
the negative has still not yet been removed from her feedback score0 -
her negative is still there... with the red mark against it and is still affecting her feedback score0
