I am currently on orange, and my contract has ended.
I have just ordered a new phone from Mobiles.co.uk on T mobile network and it will be here on Tuesday.

My question is can I keep my current phone number?

I already have my pac code, but what do I do next? I presume the new phone will come with a new sim card which i presume comes with a new number, which i dont want. Thanks

Sorry to sound thick!!!:o

Once you get your new phone. Just put the T-Mobile sim card in it, Dial 150 and one of the options will be bring your phone number to T-Mobile. You'll speak to an agent and you just tell them the number you want to bring over and give them your pac number. It will then transfer the next working day (Assuming you told them the pac before 4pm that day).

The contract or the min term? Have you given a 30 days notice? If not, you will pay for 30 days since getting the PAC and it makes sense to use the airtime before getting the new contract.

Ideally, having got your PAC, it is best to leave the transfer to the last couple of days as this will mitigate any early termination charges if they are going to be anally retentive about leaving early.
