Do any credit cards offer 0% on purchases AND balance transfers?

Why doesn't your daughter apply for one of the Halifax Cancer Research cards [see "Suggestion For Prospective Halifaxers" thread] or the Mencap one? They're operated by Halifax & have 0% on BTs & purchases - plus the charity get a piece of the action too at no cost to your daughter.

Thanks Oscar, I'll get her to go there and have a look. She would much prefer, obviously, to go for a card such as this.
