    Why doesn't your daughter apply for one of the Halifax Cancer Research cards [see "Suggestion For Prospective Halifaxers" thread] or the Mencap one? They're operated by Halifax & have 0% on BTs & purchases - plus the charity get a piece of the action too at no cost to your daughter.
