Somebody might be able to help if you gave a bit more information...
Like what you do before it freezes, how long it runs for, what software/hardware you have installed, have you tried safe mode etc.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Boot it in safe mode with networking and see if it still freezes. If it only runs for about 5 minutes, it shouldn't take long to establish that.
If it runs OK, then it is likely that something loading outside of the safe mode requirements is causing the problem. There are various people on here can advise you on further analysing what else is running, so hopefully one will come along and help.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. When you re-installed, did you add any other drivers for video card etc
If you click start then right click computer, click device manager, are the any marks listed next to items?
Speccy will tell you which ones you may need, though it can take a while to gather the information
