just got myself a second hand samsung galaxy s2 and cant believe how quick the battery discharges, can anyone point in the best way to set this thing up to save battery power, im not going to be useing it for anything fancy, just phoning & txting,thanx

How can we know when we don't know what settings are active at present, eg wifi bluetooth, auto sync, screen sleep time, screen brightness to name a few

Facebook app hammers it, it's ot a big screen so battery does drain fast

put it in power saving mode and then get an original extended battery for it there about £20,
