Maybe it's like taking out an extremely high rate loan. Some people have no cash and live on credit.0

It's rather like a riddle isn't it?
100 UK pounds..doesn't say sterling /bank notes and it doesn't say that the picture relates to what you get. It is also in the voucher section.
Maybe it is a £100 voucher off a holiday, I got a few of those when I bought something from a major department store last year but the terms and conditions made them almost unusable. Maybe it is 100 uk pounds in weight of something.

I thought its just £100 cash, as per the pic.
Just another of those stupid auctions, like a bag of air.
He thinks he cant lose much, because somebody will pay £90 to make £10...and he will hope for a profit, as per a lot of these dumb auctons.
Its not really a riddle..
You are buying 100 UK pounds in cash delivered straight to your door
He has said sold as seen, IMO, because he doesnt want the winner (if over £100) returning it and wiping out his profit.
Just the same as lots of auctions are "sold as seen".
You would win a paypal dispute if it wasnt what is in the pic after all.Be nice0 -
Maybe he is hoping for foreign bidders who don't understand the value?
My friend had about $50 US left after a holiday and just for a laugh (and to save a trip to town to change it back) put it on ebay - and was amazed when it sold for twice its face value.
You never can tell!Oh dear, here we go again.0 -
