My friend has small business with ISDN phone line but wants broadband purely for personal use at his office. Have tried couple of providers but they say can't install broadband on ISDN.
Anyone know if it's possible and which providers?

I'm pretty sure you can't have standard broadband on an ISDN line.BT used to offer to convert the ISDN to B-ISDN at ont time but according to the news report below, they've stopped it.

ISDN cannot support ADSL as it pre-dates the technology. If ISDN 2 (or 2e), this provides 2 64kb channels and a 16kb data channel - usually referred to as 2B+D.
A PSTN circuit is required for broadband, OR an ISDN upgrade to ISDN 30, but as this is horrendously expensive, a PSTN install would be the cheaper option.0 -
Thanks,
New line for broadband then if he REALLY wants it.0
