Halifax Faster Payments - Unsuccessful

I tried to log on the HBOS last night about 11pm but the site was down.
I've been able to log on this morning but been unable to use faster payment service. It keeps saying faster payment is unavailable and that all payments will be processed the next day.Official DFW nerd no 551 - proud to be dealing with my debts
Debts as of March 2014
Nationwide - £5745, Overdraft - £350,
Debts as of January 2015
Nationwide - £4997, Overdraft - £0:j0 -
This seems to be a recurring problem with Halifax. Over the last few months most of my faster payments have gone through OK but now and again I have the same problem. I was told a couple of months ago by the Halifax help desk that this is a known problem which they are working to resolve0
