Low carb diet

Hi, can anyone guide me on what to avoid if I doing a low carb diet? I've never been very good at what's a car and whats not, and ideally think this would be good for me. Many thanks :)

Trudij and sweaty Betty, I am about to start re-reading the IPD book now, after a massive attack of self sabotage (4 pieces of homemade cake!). It is the one plan and one book that can really support me, probably because of the head stuff, too! I love the pig2 twig forum, but also like MSE as I have been posting here since Martin started the forum.

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
