You'd need to be very selective investing in Spain as many properties would be a liability with ongoing costs and no renters. Touristic villas are massivly over supplied. I had a heated debate with this British surveyor that had re - located to Spain in order to flog Spanish property (he was inviting me to refer my clients to him) in about 2006, and I warned him the market was vastly over supplied and I recall him sniggering. I wonder if people like this remember such conversations?0
