I've been muttering 'b*llocks' under my breath nearly all day long, if that helps.

And now my idiot neighbours are belting out boom-boom music. Good then. Morons.

interestingly i sometimes use ear splitingly loud music (in the car however not at home) when i am having one of those days,

just something to drown out the rest of the world and stop me having to think about whats been getting me down if only for a short time,

i do this as i have found that if i dont think about what it is, by the time i get back to thinking about it, i realise how flaming stupid i have been actually getting stressed about it in the first place.

my favourite type of music for this is usualy something with some screaming in (Linkin Park is very good) as you can join in the screaming and seems to work like those primal screaming sessions that used to be all the craze.

    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
