Ever have those days/weeks/months where you just want to shout obscenities at the world?

*hugs* Think everyone gets those times.

Try shouting 'FORTY-TWO!! THE ANSWER IS FORTY-TWO!! WHY DOESN'T ANYONE UNDERSTAND...FORTY-TWO'

    ;)

Hope the next hour/day/week/month/year is better for you

I've been muttering 'b*llocks' under my breath nearly all day long, if that helps.

And now my idiot neighbours are belting out boom-boom music. Good then. Morons.

We don't have swear words foul enough at times.
The look a cat gives you when you arrive home with a new kitten is probably the ultimate in swear words, but we just don't have the verbal skills as humans to express that much hate/frustration/rage/displeasure.

    *bangs head against desk repeatedly*

Yes I sometimes feel like this. I take it as a sign to sit and re-evaluate what really matters. I get in touch with those closest to me and have a good heart to heart with them. Helps me get things into perspective and feel like me again.

In the unlucky event that no-one is around I buy my fav bottle of wine, big box of chocs, and shut myself off from the world with a good book. One thing I do remind myself is that nothing is permanent. Life goes through many phases, appreciate the good and adopt strategies to navigate through the bad.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.
  • All the time, I rant - alot. and sit in the middle of a field away from everyone and mutter to myself :)

My friends are also used to the ranting - they just interput to re-fuel me with cake so I can start again.
