Upgrades and cancelling

Ordered a upgrade over the phone with Vodafone, but due after 3 times waiting in for it to turn up I just want to cancel the order. Can I do this under the DSR even though I am yet to receive the phone. I can't afford any more time off work so just want to leave it as is and get one from a shop as it is the only way I can be sure of getting the product.

The phone as far as I am aware is with the courier (DPD) at the minute but Vodafone say they can't do anything till Monday due to this.

DSR does not apply to upgrades. You could ask them to re-address the delivery to somewhere more convenient. CW let online orders collect from their store network. But if the kit is close to you already, it might be easier to collect from the carriers depot.

You say you waited in 3 times, we're you promised delivery at those times?

They can arrange collection from store I believe. You can't cancel as an upgrade is a continuation of service.

Yes first one I was told between 8 AM and 6 PM

Second one I would receive a text with a 1 hour time slot by 8 AM which never arrived

Third was told today between 8 AM and 1 PM.

Although only have a e-mail with proof, 2nd and 3rd ones I was told over the phone so hopefully they have recorded it.
