    I pay 1/4 the value of my car each year. Thats not so reasonable.

    But better than the quotes i got for my daughter when she passes her test.

    When it gets to more than 50% of my cars value i think i will need to make a claim every year to pay for the next years premium.

    What does "Cap insurance payments at a maximum of £5000 used as an mandatory 'excess'. That money stays in an 'account', untill you make a claim, rewarding those who never make claims." actually mean?
