BCSC AGM - Post 2 - What to do and when

We have decided to close the vote on place at midight tonight, if anyone wants to add any further votes, or indeed the place isnt there, add it to the place thread asap. Ta...

We now need to decide on what to do... Please indicate in the vote above an what you would like to do... Again if it isnt there, please let me know.

Finally we need a date. If you DO intend on coming, please indicate dates you would rather NOT have the [STRIKE]party [/STRIKE] AGM....:p

Ill also put a little note on the DFW board, as there are a lot of BCSC members there, that dont come over here that much.

This democratic thing is exhausting !

I can do pretty much any date really as not going away at all this year .

Hi Guys & Gals,

Any date with the exception 10th - 19th May inclusive. Don't really mind about the venue as long as there's a bar for my other half :rotfl:

I can't do any date in May, as I'm going into hospital on the 2nd for major surgery & have been told I'll be in for at least 10 days.

I'm not particularly bothered about the venue, as long as there's bacardi or black vodka within a couple of feet of my throat.

That date is good for me,
I think meet saturday as soon as ,and stay over till sunday sounds good as friday some people could be at work and not want to travel after a day at the office plus it gives us more drinkie time on the saturday :beer:
