Do I understand this correctly?

On 28th April, a mad woman, flashing her stocking tops and clutching a pair of scissors, will be wandering the streets of Peterborough accompanied by a 'discharge' of bankrupts, including 2 Scousers and a Jock with one credit card between them.

Now this I gotta see!

If I interfere as HoA the red tape would just bog down the process, what with risk assessments, Health and safety concerns, transport logistics etc etc. The rest of the board appear to be doing a top job. :T
