Orange Swapables

Hello.

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, I couldn't really find a solution when I looked!

I've recently moved to an Orange Panther contract, and I've only just found out about their Swapables (I'm supposed to get 2). I've trying to take advantage of the Swapables but frustratingly I keep being met with errors. I tried to use it on WiFi, was asked for my number so they could identify me, but then I'd get a 'technical error' and a 'code 102'. Tried it on 3G after looking at the FAQs and I still get the same error. Does anyone know what this means and what I can do? It says I should call customer services but I'd rather see if anyone else has experienced this before I do.

I've ended up having to 'purchase' a free trial of the Sky Sports package and cancel before they start charging me in 30 days. This isn't registered on my account as a Swapable.

Any advice?
