Thanks louby_lou. A lovely lady on freecycle has just offered me 12 jars of different sizes so going to collect them tomorrow :j

Daisyboo, thank you so much for offering anyway, it was much appreciated xx

Well, I think I am getting there slowly! Only 4 planning days to go, need shoes, a shawl/pashmina, nail varnish and to make my hair decoration.

Still need to get things for the garden such as tablecloths, plates, flowers, ribbon etc. Im hoping to put the tables end to end and just have one long table with lots of jars with candles and flowers down the middle. Will see if I can find anything to use as an extra long runner, no idea what though!

Thank you so much everyone for all your ideas xx

    it sounds lovely!

I would be tempted to do a ploughmans style meal after, lots of nice ham cheese and pickles with salad and big chunks of crusty bread. followed by scones and jam or wedding cake!

    Have a wonderful day

    Wow sounds amazing!

Have you tried joining a 'for sale <insert local area>' or 'buy sell <insert local area>' pages or groups on Facebook? I often see things like this on our local Facebook buying and selling sites and people can be so generous.

Please let us know how you get on, it really sounds wonderful :)

Try local sewing/fabric shops and buy a few metres of a nice fabric? You could always transform it into something else afterwards - blankets for the babies or something?

Congratulations, it sounds like its going to be a lovely day, hope the weather holds for you! x
