BT Business Broadband/Phone Package - Mis Sold

I was wondering whether someone could offer me some advice as BT couldn't care less.
I phoned Business Business sales in mid May as I wanted to migrate my residential line to a business one (I am already a BT Business Broadband customer).
The sales advisor noticed that I was out of contract on my broadband therefore offered me a good package, unlimited broadband for for £14 a month and a call package for £12.50 per month with 5000 minutes to UK and international landlines and 500 UK mobiles minutes. She also said that she would send me a new business router which I thought was very nice. I was credit checked, she told me that everything had gone through and that I would receive a call from BT confirming my order details.
As I hadn't heard from BT for a week or so, I tried to track my order online but alas the number was not recognised. Obviously I rang after sales straight away, they couldn't work out what the delay was but could see the order number on their screens and that it would be activated on 1st June, I asked about the new router but the advisor did not know anything about it. I have since rang BT to ask them what is going on about my lovely new broadband/phone package and have spoken to approximately seven different people in different departments only to find out today that they only migrated my phone for 24 months and my broadband had been renewed under my old package (no reduced rates etc). I also received a letter from BT today confirming my phone order telling me that I had agreed to a minimum period of 24 months and that I had a committed spend of £613.00 per annum something I hadn't agreed to. Instead of the promised 5000 minutes I would only be privy to 500 minutes on this contract. Again I would not have agreed to that.
In short I have been mis-sold a package, nobody every rings me back from BT (they always say they will). I am going around in circles and really want to leave.
What are the chances that they give me a MAC code?
My phone line migration went live on 1st June but it is not part of the package I ordered. Can I cancel without a fee and move to another provider as this package has been mis-sold?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
