There is a new one out on 27 June, just don't know what is in it yet.

Like the look of their front page promo though - hopefully lots of cheap fruit & veg

Was so pleased to see this posted - was beginning to think there wouldn't be one this week - I am hoping for cheese and more fruit and veg coupons:j:j:j

    Thanks QPR

The groom was our friend from school and I dont get to see him often so was delighted to be invited to entire wedding.
Difficult to put in to words I guess. They had the ceremony in small abbey in grooms home town, coffee and sandwiches in local hotel then we had to drive to brides home town and where they live 2 hours away and we were late and a little lost. and they held back for us. I was very embarrassed but nothing was a hassle.

Although we didnt know anyone other than immediate family, we were put at a table with friendly people. Beautiful table settings. Speeches were short and sweet.

The meal was intimate only around 35 so that was really nice. The food was lovely 5 courses and coffee. Evening reception was a disco about 150 people, we were all up Scottish country dancing too.

Breakfast with the bride and groom(the hotel was good and not expensive). The groom made sure everyone had what they either wanted or needed and worked the whole party. Spoke frequently to everyone. And wasnt drunk. Evening buffet was gate crashed by french coach party who thought it was them but bridal party just laughed.

Start to finish it was brilliant, Im not great with weddings normally I often feel like a paying member of the audience.(even at family ones)

So I think the key factor was the personal touch and not the surroundings or meal although they were brilliant too.

    HTH

I'm not big on weddings I think I've only been to 2 or 3 & not planning one but was just interested and there's always someone on here planning one. Thanks

You truly are an angel:A sending you huge hugs..

I spoke to a friend on Friday whos reading this and thought after everyone on here talking about it I would just have to buy it. Tried to get it through th Smiths website and couldnt place the order:(so asked DS to help. When he saw what I was trying to order his face was a picture!!!! He was gobsmacked and said do you realise that's just Mummy !!!!!! that's for bored middleaged housewifes!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Hasnt put me off buying it though, in fact going to go for the trilogy;)
    morning all

i bought all three from Ts a while ago and have read them all:o
they have now been lent to work colleuges and have a waiting list:rotfl:. the mucky bits are really mucky but around them its a decent enough story that follows well through all 3 books - you do need to read all three to reach a proper conclusion to the tale.

    sorry not read back far
    so hope all are well
but i do want to sent special hugs to missalignedhalo after the difficult weekend youve had, it was a very brave and selfless thing you did that was really caring.

I started reading the first one when i was on holiday, finished reading that on saturday morning and read the other 2 over the weekend as well

Does make you wonder just how they could make it into a film though :rotfl::rotfl:

I got them on my kindle so no one could see what it was i was reading  :rotfl:

id read in the paper when it first came out "it was the book that made wives fall in love withtheir husbands all over again" nothing wrong with my marriage but was interested enough to see what it was all about, i got the first one and started reading, id got a govs meeting at MY YOUNGEST DSs and sat in reception reading it while waiting for meeting to start. later that day when i got to the first 'interesting parts' i was soo embarrassed thinking id actually read this in public, at the next meeting someone asked if i was enjoing my book:o they'd obviosuly read it as well:rotfl:
mine are now doing a loop on a waiting list round my work mates.

i think you can trade them back in on amazon for more than they cost at Ts HTH;)

free classes for kids - making planters, bird boxes & stuff

We have done everyone of these with our home ed group. They are awesome. They even do bespoke classes. Mine are arranging a bug hotel class at my request.

They are now £5 a lesson though which is still pretty amazing value.

They run classes at the weekend for joe public or you can arrange a weekday if you can fill a class with kids.

  • Morning! :j

Looks gorgeous out :T even though it is Monday!

I would happily vote for 3Dogs for the new thread IF she feels able. It would be awful if it felt like a pressure, and Mr3Dogs might need here at that time... so I hope Miss Laid is on standby to start the new thread! ;)

How did you get on FK? ...back as a 'youf' in America that juice was ALL I drank, and it wasn't blended like the one here - and on the carton it had a warning- not suitable for children under 3 - I presume that is because it is SO intense. I think the medical doc's on here can confirm that grape sugar is one of the fastest to get into the bloodstream... so I hope you got some sleep! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Lovely jokes!
