Evening... never managed to catch up frm this morning so I'm hoping you lot stop gabbing through the football match and give me a chance!!
Had a nice day but knackered. Popped to T this morning, got trouted on the Fairy platinum vouchers despite me picking my SA wisely (or so i thought!). So i had him take off the £1.50 SSM/before i shop voucher instead. Then went to CS and told her I'd "forgot" to give in my fairy platinum coupons. No problem, quick refund and then rebought, minus the £3 coupons :j 2 bags of dishwasher tablets for 60p each. Got a few whoopsied veg to go with my roast chicken dinner.

The roast chicken was a freebie from the other week, served 9 (between 3 adults) so I'll be doing a slow pot tomo with the rest then making a chicken stock/soup... loads left in the kitchen. And finally i made an apple crumble. It was delicious even if i say so myself. So knackered myself out cooking and shopping. Will be back when I've caught up with everyone.

  • dinner in about an hour will be this....ALL OF IT! I read the dietary information and just threw the sleeve in the recycling. Looks like I'm having a blow out day in style today!!

That looks delicious - I'm very jealous :p

Evening everyone no Mr T's today but did pop in sainsbobs quickly and they were selling off metal various utensils for 10p so got myself a lemon zester grater thing - some people were rooting through all the boxes to get themselves the full set but I was happy with my grater and too tired to look for a set I don't really need.

Whoopsie run was pretty non eventful this evening. I always seem to get there when there's hardly anything there, doesn't seem to matter what time I go at! I will not be defeated though ;)

Managed a Galia melon for 30p, satsumas for 33p, ready to eat cocktail sausages for 9p and a packet of snowballs for 7p. Don't get me wrong, they are great prices for stuff I would normally buy but I was really hoping for some meat and stuff to do us some dinners for during the week.

OH now thinks I'm having an affair as well as the last two times I've been out I've brought him flowers home :rotfl:
    [STRIKE]:shhh: £5 down to 25p :D[/STRIKE]

I did go to cream/gods kitchen but indoor raving killed it for me :(
Ah, shame i missed this conversation.... I'm reminiscing now :D I'm an ex-raver too... Cream & the 051 in Liverpool and Bowlers in Manchester is where i spent my youth before moving on to Sheffield (the music factory) then living in London and spending all my weekends at Pacha and Fabric. I used to be an MSE'r then too...... befriended club promoters and used to get in for free with all my mates at £20/£25 a pop.

I also remember going to Ibiza one year for "closing parties" end of Sept. Barely slept and our last night was at Space. Arrived at the club at 1pm and left at 3am in time for our 7am flight back to Gatwick  God, I feel old and knackered just typing that!!:rotfl:

Morries have the Muller corners on offer at 10 for £2 so hoping to pick some up tomorrow. Or get them in A where they are 60p each and 8 for £3, so 10 would be £4.20 in A, giving APG of £2.40, so 10 yogs for £1.80. And the great thing is that each individual flavour of yog is a separate item, so no top up shopping needed. Just maybe check that the flavours you want compare on MSM (all the main ones do but i haven't bought some of the newer varieties).
